There are several restaurants located near The Jungle House. A couple of options are: 1) Whaley's - This restaurant is located just a short drive from The Jungle House and offers delicious seafood dishes, including fresh local shrimp and oysters. They also have a great selection of cocktails and beer. 2) Ella and Ollie's - Another popular seafood restaurant, Ella and Ollie's is known for their fresh catch of the day and Southern-style sides. They also have a great selection of craft beer and wine. 3) The SeaCow Eatery - This family-owned restaurant serves up Southern comfort food with a twist. Their menu includes dishes like shrimp and grits, fried chicken, and homemade biscuits. 4) Pressley's at the Marina - Located right on the water, Pressley's offers stunning views along with delicious seafood and steak dishes. They also have a great selection of cocktails and beer. 5) McConkey's Jungle Shack - This casual eatery is located just down the road from 407 Jungle Rd and serves up burgers, tacos, and other beachside favorites. They also have a bar and live music on the weekends.

- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
- If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
- If you cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Transit
The best way to get around the neighborhood and explore all that Edisto Island has to offer is by car. As a guest at The Jungle House, you will have access to a driveway where you can park your vehicle. From there, you can easily drive to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions in the area. Alternatively, if you prefer to explore the island on foot or by bicycle, there are several rental options available. The Edisto Bike Shop is located just a short drive away and offers bicycle rentals for adults and children. They also rent out beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear. Another great option for exploring Edisto Island is by kayak or paddleboard. Edisto Watersports and Tackle, located just a few minutes away, offers rentals and guided tours of the island's waterways. If you prefer not to drive, there are also taxi services available on the island, although they may have limited availability. Additionally, some restaurants and attractions may offer shuttle services for their guests.

We had such a wonderful stay. The location is close to the beach, an easy walk. We brought bikes and went to the ice cream shop and restaurants close by. The pool was a huge plus. We spent so much time out there when we weren't at the beach. The house was even better than photos. We definitely plan to come back.

Absolutely enjoyed a second year here at The Jungle house! Beautiful as always and so close to all the shops and restaurants on jungle road. The pool was amazing and so refreshing and very clean! Someone was there to clean the pool most mornings very early which was also such a plus. I will definitely be returning next year and hopefully many years to come

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The private salt water pool was a huge hit for our kids as well as the short walk to the beach. This home had space for everyone to spread out, but also featured a beautiful gathering area for meals and family fun. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

My family just stayed at the Jungle House for Easter and had a wonderful time! My dad is very picky and he loved it. The pool was warm and great for the kids, short walk to the beach. Clean and beautiful home.

Loved this house, the location, the fact that it had a pool especially considering we had a newborn with us and couldn’t make it to the beach everyday because of that. smelt great and clean, looked the same way. would definitely love to stay here again!

This was such a great house on Edisto Island. It was close enough to the beach to walk while being very peaceful. Having a heated pool in March was great, especially on cooler days at the beach. Close enough to walk or drive to coffee shop, ice cream and dinner. House was well laid out and had everything we needed. Host was really helpful if we had any questions. Would definitely book again!

Brand new everything, no complaints. However, just a suggestion, it might be a good idea for the owner to spend a week or two living in this unit in order to be aware of some very minor adjustments that would elevate any review. There were fuses being tripped during operation of small appliances, the pool suddenly started flashing colors and the pump never shut off, all the many light switches need to be labeled as to their responsibilities. Operation of wireless remotes could also have accompanying instructions. Local ad sheets for retail operators would be appreciated. Alex was almost instantly available to answer questions. This place is an excellent property and suggestions are certainly not problems. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!
