Front Door Smart Lock Keypad- Code sent the day of check-in. Parking permit, resort key cards and pool bands provided for guests in bowl in kitchen upon arrival. Guests are granted access to all amenities at the resort including all pools, the lazy river, the onsite fitness center, and an onsite Starbucks. The host is not responsible for resort controlled amenities (ex. inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)

The Grand Myrtle is steps away from the boardwalk, right on the beach, surrounded by shopping and restaurants. It is situated in a prime location, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and beachcombing. The neighborhood is home to many other vacation rentals and hotels, giving it a lively and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to the beach, there are plenty of other attractions within walking distance of your Airbnb. Just a few blocks away, you'll find the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, which offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, including the iconic Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, a 187-foot-tall ferris wheel that offers stunning views of the city and the ocean. The neighborhood is also home to several excellent restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy delicious seafood, cocktails, and live music. Some popular spots include Sea Captain's House, Pier House Restaurant, and The Bowery. If you're looking to do some shopping, you're in luck! The Bay View Building is located near several shopping centers, including Broadway at the Beach which is a massive outdoor mall that features over 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions. - If you cancel after that, you’ll be paid for each night they stay, plus one additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights

If you're flying into the city, you can take a taxi or a shuttle from the airport to your vacation rental. There are also several car rental companies located near the airport and throughout the city, giving you the freedom to explore the area at your own pace. If you don't have a car, there are several other transportation options available. The Myrtle Beach Area Transit (MBTA) offers bus service throughout the city and to nearby attractions. The bus stops are located just a few blocks away from your vacation rental, making it easy to get around. Another popular option for getting around Myrtle Beach is to rent a bike or a scooter. There are several rental shops located near the vacation rental, and riding a bike or scooter is a fun and efficient way to explore the city and the beach. If you prefer to travel by taxi or rideshare, there are several companies that operate in Myrtle Beach, including Uber and Lyft. Taxis are also available throughout the city. There are several taxi stands located near the vacation rental.

Loved the space itself and the view. But there were stains on some walls and the curtains and it didn't seem as clean overall as I expected from other reviews. There was a leak in the kitchen, but when I noticed Alex he sent someone quickly and resolved the issue, which was great. The bar stools also were stained, and two of them were unusable/unstable. My family would go back in a heartbeat; I would probably look for something more high-end. As for the rest of the property, it needs help. It was dirty and unkept the whole time we were there, particularly the elevators and stairwells. Alex's space, IMO, needs some "fine-tuning," and the overall property needs an overhaul.
