A quick drive, walk, or bike ride to Shem Creek, Patriot's Point and the waterfront. If you head to the beach, you can choose Sullivan's Island or the Isle of Palms, just 10-15 minutes away. There is a public boat landing in the neighborhood, so bring your boat! Boat parking at home available, space for 3 cars. This home is pet friendly and has a fenced in backyard!
