Overall great place. Awesome that pets are allowed. Location is great, within walking distance of the beach, and many restaurants and shops. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were clean and fresh. My only complaints, were the proximity to king’s highway, made it a little noisy with traffic so close. Wasn’t too bad during our stay, which was offseason. Though I imagine during busy season it could be worse. Also the carpets in the master bedroom and living room were pretty dirty with lots of stains. While I realize being pet friendly, makes it more likely for stains, they should be deep cleaned more frequently. Also the downstairs floor was very dirty, with some missed trash and needed a good mopping, as the bottom of our socks were nearly black after walking around downstairs.
