Perfect get away for a small group. We did an all girls birthday get away for my daughter and it was great! The beds are double beds not queens but we were fine with that. The place was clean, and comfortable. Huge couch and TV. Perfect again for a group of 8. Easy 5 min walk to the beach, and close to grocery stores and shopping! Great place!! Alex was prompt and friendly when we reached out to him with questions.

Alex was a great host! Super responsive and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and he allowed us in the room. The room was perfect and super clean. Great location! Will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's condo! The view of the beach was awesome, and we enjoyed several walks on the beach during our time there. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great having a pool as well.

Great location very close to the beach! Could see the waves from the balcony! Very clean floors and bathrooms! It was great having so many beds in the condo and there were large screen TV’s in every room! We really enjoyed our stay! Overall, it was a great rental!

My family and I really enjoyed our time here! The condo had a beach view with 3 different balconies! It was always an easy walk to the beach. It’s honestly in the perfect area, we walked to different breakfast places almost everyday! We also brought our dogs with us and they had the best time! The next time we vacation in Myrtle Beach, we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Alex’s space was great! My kids and I visited during spring break while we were house hunting in the area. Place was clean, kitchen was super convenient for meals, walkable to beach, easy access to other amenities in the area. Loved that we were able to bring our dog with us too. Overall a very pleasant stay however, the neighbor directly below is a permanent resident and a male version of a Karen. Came up to our unit and confronted my daughters while I was in the shower and then myself on a separate occasion about how “rude” and inconsiderate we were. Complained that we were too loud when we really weren’t, meanwhile the people on the third floor were blasting music all night and that was okay. Highly recommend, just beware of the downstairs neighbor who is on a power trip.

As pictured, this unit has a really great balcony with very nice view of the ocean! It’s nice how each bedroom has their own bathroom and balcony! It is very close to the beach, just steps out your door and a sidewalk, no streets to cross! Walkable to great restaurants and other things. The couch was super comfortable!!! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was a perfect fit for my husband & I and our 2 grandchildren. We also loved being able to have our service dog with us. This condo is spotless clean with beautiful decor and furnishings. It was fantastic being able to walk straight to the beach from the condo!! I highly recommend booking!
