- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
- If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
- If you cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights

We recently stayed here for my bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect! It was the perfect location to local restaurants, the beach and downtown Charleston. Alex was super responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. All of the girls absolutely loved the house and I would definitely book here again!

Alex’s place was great. Very close to downtown and beaches as described. We were visiting for a family reunion and could not have been more convenient and well laid out. The one thing to consider is that there were no beach chairs or beach towels so best to come prepared. All in all, a great stay.

I just had my bachelorette weekend in Charleston and this was such a great spot for us to stay! Although it’s not downtown, it’s close enough in a couple Ubers! Alex was very responsive, allowing an early check in as well which was nice. The back porch area was so cute to have drinks and snacks. A beautiful, clean and efficient home to stay in with 9 girls for the weekend ! Would book again!

Perfect place to stay with a large group! We have 8 people and there were plenty of space for all of us! The Ubers to the beach or downtown were quick and super cheap! Alex was really nice and even let us get in earlier than the normal check in time! Would highly recommend!
