- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
- If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
- If you cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights

It is a full service pool with bar and food where you can kick back and relax on a warm South Carolina day. We cannot guarantee availability as passes as first come first serve. Our family had a great stay! We loved the open kitchen/living space making it easy to entertain each other. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with the occasional train horn and airplane overhead but not an overwhelming amount to become irritated by it. Smart tvs were in every room making it nice for the kids to have their own tv time at the end of the day. There was a good variety of kitchen essentials for home cooked meals as well. I would be sure to bring ziplocs, tinfoil, containers etc for storage needs but salt and pepper and oil was provided by host. We did need an extra roll of paper towels and got by with the one additional trash bag provided for the stay. Downtown Charleston was a quick 15-20 min. drive and the Holy City Brewery was 5min. and a great local spot! Overall we enjoyed our stay and the only minor complaint was that we would get warm in the middle of the night once the a/c timed out and would need to bump it back down. Great host and clean space, would stay again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect for a Bachelorette Trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the BEST stay at this adorable house! It was cute, cozy, and the perfect home base for our bachelorette trip. The space was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was also fantastic—a short driving distance from great restaurants, bars, and local attractions, but tucked away enough that we could unwind when we wanted to. Our host was so friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free trip. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, this is it! Thank you for making our bachelorette weekend unforgettable!

Went to Charleston with a group of friends to run the half marathon! Unfortunately it got cancelled but we still had an AMAZING time at this perfect home. It's in a great location and close to many things. Very cute little neighborhood. We will definitely be booking again

We loved the open kitchen and living room and spent most of our time enjoying each other here. The couch is super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. We loved the cozy beds and bedding. The central heat and air is a very new and completely fabulous system. We were always able to get just the right temperature in the home. It was unseasonably cold during our stay so we didn’t get to use the front porch swing or any outdoor amenities. We’d love to stay again and give them a whirl. We also loved the location and closeness to the airport.
