The listing needs to be more clear on what it costs to use community amenities. $50 per day per person is insane on top of the price for the home. Also unable to use the gym without paying that as well. If I was going to spend another $2000 to use the pool I would have gotten a way better house in a way better location.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy, peaceful townhouse. Alex was responsive and was very helpful. The house was clean and spacious. It was about 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again!

We loved the open kitchen and living room and spent most of our time enjoying each other here. The couch is super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. We loved the cozy beds and bedding. The central heat and air is a very new and completely fabulous system. We were always able to get just the right temperature in the home. It was unseasonably cold during our stay so we didn’t get to use the front porch swing or any outdoor amenities. We’d love to stay again and give them a whirl. We also loved the location and closeness to the airport.

Went to Charleston with a group of friends to run the half marathon! Unfortunately it got cancelled but we still had an AMAZING time at this perfect home. It's in a great location and close to many things. Very cute little neighborhood. We will definitely be booking again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect for a Bachelorette Trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the BEST stay at this adorable house! It was cute, cozy, and the perfect home base for our bachelorette trip. The space was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was also fantastic—a short driving distance from great restaurants, bars, and local attractions, but tucked away enough that we could unwind when we wanted to. Our host was so friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free trip. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, this is it! Thank you for making our bachelorette weekend unforgettable!

Our stay here was comfortable enough, and the location met our needs (about a 2 mile walk to the music festival venue), but we were a little disappointed in the house overall, based on what we'd expected. We all felt the photos make it look more desirable than it is. The house was clean overall, but the floors were quite dirty, and the kitchen was not at all well stocked, so if you plan to cook, this is not the place for you. The porch seating was uncomfortable, which made it undesirable to use those spaces. There was some deferred maintenance (or cheap construction), including unpainted baseboards and baseboards pulling apart from the wall, as well as a very squeaky staircase, which gave the house a shabby feel up close. Neighborhood was quite and peaceful, though, and the house minimally met our needs. I just thought (based on photos and the price) that it would be less shabby and better stocked.

The house was cute and exactly what we needed for our short trip. The kids enjoyed the openness of the living area and the beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE. The house was located 20 minutes from Folly and 20 minutes from Charleston which was also a bonus for us. Overall, great stay and would recommend.
